During my internships, I focused on machine learning and data science. As a Machine Learning Intern at Navodita Infotech, I worked on an AutoML and Hyperparameter Optimization project, developing automated workflows for data preprocessing, model selection, feature selection, and hyperparameter tuning using libraries such as scikit-learn, Optuna, and XGBoost. This improved model performance and reduced manual experimentation time by integrating Bayesian optimization and random search techniques.

As a Data Scientist Intern at Coratia Technologies, I gained hands-on experience with ML algorithms (Linear Regression, Decision Trees, Clustering) and foundational AI & NLP concepts. I performed data cleaning, EDA, and model development using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, NLTK) , utilized SQL for efficient data querying , and created insightful visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Google Colab. My projects also include developing a Code Switching ASR (Tanglish-to-English speech translation) and an Interview Question Generator (using T5, segmentation, and POS tagging).
