I’m a biotechnology professional with hands-on experience across cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing, upstream bioprocessing, mammalian cell culture, and bioprocess media/buffer preparation. I operate bioreactors (100L–1000L), support regulatory-compliant laboratory operations, and focus on in-process quality control and documentation discipline.

At Zydus Lifesciences, I operated and monitored 100L–1000L bioreactors for monoclonal antibody production in a cGMP environment. I maintained aseptic upstream cell culture, media preparation, and filtration while ensuring full GMP documentation and batch record compliance, and I supported initiatives that contributed to a 15% reduction in manufacturing costs while sustaining product quality and regulatory compliance.

In my research roles at Northeastern University and UMass Boston, I advanced reproducible, cell-based workflows—from maintaining mammalian cell lines and executing plasmid transfections to performing protein expression and analysis. I conducted cell lysis, protein quantification, SDS-PAGE, and Western blotting (reducing background signal by 30% to improve reproducibility), and in parallel I processed EEG datasets in Python/R with artifact screening and SOP-compliant electronic lab notebook practices.
