I’m a Business analyst and System analyst based in Moscow, focused on IT support and analysis work that connects user needs with reliable execution. I work with databases, handle user requests, and help teams move from problems to clear priorities.

As an Implementation specialist at ООО Кварта (Jan 2026–Present), I support programs, assign tasks to programmers, and perform database operations, including database recovery. I’m comfortable working through live operational needs while keeping systems stable and usable.

Previously, I worked as an IT technologies implementation consultant at ООО Рольф Тех (Dec 2024–Dec 2025), where I performed program testing, fixed errors, trained employees in using programs, and transferred results to analysts while maintaining registers. I also took ownership of user feedback analytics in Excel, using insights to improve how tools met requirements.

I began with projects administration and quality support, including administration of IT projects and reporting documentation at ООО БухИнфоСервис (Aug 2024–Dec 2024) and game testing and moderation at Яндекс (Apr 2021–May 2024). I enjoy documenting instructions, monitoring training and performance standards, and supporting users and teams with clear, practical guidance.
