At Ritech Solutions, I own the Customers domain for PayByPhone’s back-office platform, working with product and design on legacy workflows, migration scope, and API contracts. I lead 1–3 engineers across feature planning, code reviews, deployments, and production support.
I built the Customers backend-for-frontend API from its first commit to production, delivering approximately 37 endpoints across 13 downstream services. The work supports customer accounts, vehicles, permits, payments, transactions, refunds, and parking workflows using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
I also develop React and TypeScript features across Customers, Parking, and Rates micro-frontends, and build backend services and permit eligibility APIs. At Facilization, I customised Oracle FLEXCUBE products using Java and PL/SQL; at Stavro Consulting, I developed Django applications. I’ve also mentored colleagues and taught programming workshops and C# and C++ lectures.
