I’m a Senior Legal Associate with growing experience across trademark law, taxation disputes, and U.S. immigration practice. At Ascendivaa Advisory and Consultancy Private Limited, I’m progressing through increasing responsibility—drafting petitions, preparing filings, and supporting case workflows with RFE/NOID handling across multiple U.S. immigration categories.
I focus on meticulous legal research and drafting, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A filings, and I provide first-level RFE/NOID responses under attorney supervision using AAO precedent research. I also manage evidence organization, client-facing coordination, self-QC against firm checklists, and knowledge-transfer through mentoring incoming junior associates while staying current with evolving USCIS RFE trends.
