What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead FP&A, forecasting, profitability, reporting automation, and capital-markets initiatives where I can partner with senior leadership to drive data-backed decisions.

At Jana Small Finance Bank, I lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, product profitability models, and CXO reporting across retail and microfinance loan and liability products. I manage a four-member team delivering monthly MIS, KPI dashboards, performance decks, and quarterly forecasts.

I've automated Structured Finance reporting with SQL and Knime, reducing turnaround time by about 70%, corrected a reporting logic issue affecting roughly Rs. 1 crore monthly, and supported IPO and private-placement capital raises exceeding Rs. 1,300 crores. Earlier, I built DCF and comparable-company valuations and audited statutory financial statements for MNCs, manufacturing entities, and trusts.
