Utkarsh Srivastava

I’m an Electronics Communication Engineering and Economics student building a career at the intersection of data and business decision-making. I bring hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, and statistical analysis, with a focus on turning messy data into measurable impact.

As a Data Science Intern at Oasis Infobyte, I built end-to-end machine learning pipelines (data cleaning, model training, evaluation) and deployed 3+ predictive models validated through A/B testing. I also created econometric forecasting and causal inference solutions—delivering 2+ reproducible analytics pipelines and dashboards to support decision-making.

In my projects, I’ve worked end-to-end on real analytics problems: building a scalable SQL system for Supply Chain Demand & Inventory Analytics (including JOINS, SELF-JOIN, and GROUP BY) and designing a Stock Risk Index to flag high-risk SKU combinations while improving query speed. I also built a normalized SQL banking database to model customer–bank relationships, and developed a Power BI dashboard that delivers KPIs and faster business visibility through 7+ visuals.

I value reproducibility, clarity, and business alignment—especially when models and dashboards must be understandable and operational. Alongside my coursework and certifications, I’ve maintained a Top 1 percentile academic standing and enjoy collaborating in structured environments (including coordinating campus recruitment logistics as Placement Cell Coordinator).
