At S.D. Sharma & Associates, I built LOD 300/350 Revit MEP models for electrical, HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems. I ran multi-discipline clash detection in Navisworks Manage and worked through model resolutions.
At BIMSavvy, I carried out QA/QC on electrical and ICT (ELV) Revit models, checked BEP compliance and modelled electrical distribution and ELV systems. I also documented clashes and joined coordination meetings to resolve RFIs and model conflicts.
Before moving into BIM, I managed installation, commissioning and handover of BMS/IBMS components at Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC. My experience with CCTV, access control, structured cabling and building controls helps me connect site installation requirements with coordinated digital models.
