At IBM India, I provide L2 support for z/OS storage environments, with primary ownership of DFSMSrmm, DFSORT, and TDMF. I supported CA-1 to DFSMSrmm migrations, including for HSBC Hong Kong and TelstraAustralia.

I use IPCS, dump and trace analysis, and assembler listings to investigate storage issues, and develop REXX and CLIST automation for storage administration. Earlier, at Sopra Steria India, I developed Assembler applications and CICS modules and built IBM MQ interfaces between z/OS applications and distributed platforms.
