I've developed computational models in Python for biochemical research, including my PhD work modeling microalgae population dynamics under activating and inhibitory substrates.
As a PhD Researcher in Computational & Biochemical Modeling, I collected, analyzed, and visualized research data and prepared scientific reports and conference presentations. My research has resulted in nine journal articles, two utility-model patents, and eight conference abstracts.
My background spans biotechnology, biochemistry, and computer science, with experience supporting enzymology and molecular biology experiments and teaching biochemistry and biotechnology courses. I'm now expanding into artificial intelligence to build better tools for analyzing and interpreting complex biological data.
