What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities where I can grow as a QA Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or Junior Developer—testing web platform functionality, validating API/CRM integrations, and improving product quality in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

I’m a technically oriented QA and support specialist with hands-on experience in L2 Support and Manual QA Engineering for SaaS and CRM-based products. I investigate complex incidents, validate integrations, and translate technical findings into clear bug reports for testers, developers, and product teams.

In my L2 Support role, I solved incidents that couldn’t be closed by L1, diagnosed and fixed widget and CRM integration errors, and helped set up and optimize integrations to fit each client’s business needs. I also supported internal improvements to strengthen support processes, while keeping high analytical focus and attention to detail.

As a Manual QA Engineer, I test new and existing web platform functionality and integrations, prepare test cases and checklists, and run manual testing across UI, API, and integration layers. I also perform requirement analysis, check scripts for business logic, write user documentation (User Guides, How-to), and implement procedural rollout of new communication channels in the SaaS project—while staying actively interested in Web3 and blockchain technologies.
