ULUL AMRI BIN MAT ALI
@ululamribinmatali
Experienced technical support and field service engineer improving uptime through remote diagnostics and field intervention when required.
What I'm looking for
I’m a versatile engineer supporting complex capital equipment across medical diagnostics, test & measurement, and telecommunications-adjacent environments. I maintain equipment performance, reduce downtime, troubleshoot complex issues, and support customers both onsite and remotely.
As a Regional Technical Support Engineer (Capital Equipment), I’m the primary APAC technical contact for capital medical systems such as IVUS and Lumenis laser machines. I resolve system faults, alarms, and performance issues via remote triage, manage cases in Salesforce/ServiceMax/SAP for clear traceability, and coordinate Field Service Engineer installations, preventive maintenance, site surveys, and repairs.
I bring deep strength in calibration and regulated workflow—supporting IQ/OQ/PQ, generating controlled test scripts and acceptance records, and ensuring audit readiness against ISO standards (17025/9001). I also lead RCA/CAPA and FMEA facilitation, perform firmware updates with bootloader recovery and rollback recovery, and use Power BI/Excel dashboards and GSMS reporting to track uptime and MTTR trends while improving first-time-fix capability.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Served as the primary APAC technical contact for capital medical systems (IVUS, Lumenis laser machines, and surgical devices), handling inbound cases and customer queries. Provided remote troubleshooting and triage, managed cases in Salesforce/ServiceMax/SAP, and supported IQ/OQ/PQ with controlled test scripts, calibration, and audit-ready documentation.
Delivered onsite calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs for high-precision test equipment across production and R&D environments, including IQ/OQ/PQ validation support. Reduced depot returns for ~30 instruments per year and shortened service turnaround by ~1–2 days through improved scheduling, RCA/CAPA/FMEA facilitation, and escalation of reproducible failures.
Executed drive tests and network validation across GSM, UMTS, LTE, and LTE-Advanced to verify equipment performance and coverage. Analyzed test logs and KPIs to identify faults and optimize parameters, coordinating with vendors and operators during rollout and enforcing ESD/electrical safety practices during repairs and installations.
