Installs and maintains plasma, de-taping, edge release, flux clean, contact angle, and conveyor systems. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service for clients across Southern Malaysia, and trains clients on machine operation and maintenance.

Supported RF plasma and contact angle systems, servicing customers from KL to Johor and assisting Penang and Singapore branches. Scope similar to DKSH, as DNIV merged with DKSH.

Led technical teams for machine maintenance and facility management. Handled TPM scheduling, part orders, and safety compliance, and drafted SOPs, WIs, and assisted with component design for fabrication.

Assembled and wired precision machines based on technical drawings. Conducted quality checks, documentation, and supported surface grinding and polishing operations.

Conducted FMEA, assisted with recipe changes, OPL/SOP creation, and yield reporting.

Performed preventive maintenance, data analysis, and process monitoring for semiconductor lines. Hands-on with SI View, Oracle, ESD, chemical handling, and thickness/particle control.

Trained across departments including DCS/PLC systems, rotating equipment, QMS, and control valves.

Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering Technology (Power Industry) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, completed in 2018.

Diploma in Electronic Engineering (Communication) from Politeknik Kuching Sarawak, completed in 2013.
