I built the enterprise AI/ML infrastructure from the ground up. This included a GPT-4o powered call intelligence platform that processes over 100,000 monthly customer service transcripts, applying sentiment analysis, emotion detection, and automated summarization to standardize categorization and support data-driven workforce planning.
