At Worley, I work on process engineering for projects including Heartland Extraction Plant for Pembina Corporation. I calculate relief loads and depressuring rates, evaluate flare scenarios, and size flare headers and knockout drums.
Across projects for Reliance Industries Ltd, British Petroleum, and other clients, I’ve developed PFDs and P&IDs and performed complex network hydraulics. My work has also included PSV and control valve datasheets, exchanger thermal rating, and HAZOP close-out reports.
Earlier, at SS Gas Lab Asia Ltd, I developed an Aspen Plus simulation model for CO2 capture by MEA, optimizing absorber design and operating parameters against client requirements. I began in operations at Amsal Chemicals Ltd/Macleods Ltd, monitoring unit operations, troubleshooting, and supporting process improvement.
