Prepared complete draft Process Scope of Work for CBG tenders floated by PSUs including GAIL and BPCL. Carried out process documentation review as PMC for awarded CBG projects, including BPCL-Bina CBG and the Bilaspur CBG project.

Worked on Balance of Plant design for 1 MW alkaline electrolyzer systems, covering water treatment, electrolyte circulation, hydrogen and oxygen handling, venting, drains, and safety systems. Developed process designs (PFDs, P&IDs, HMBs) and translated system requirements into buildable BoP equipment specifications.

Reviewed and updated 14+ P&ID revisions, improving process safety alignment with API and ASME standards. Optimized control and relief valve selection, reducing cost and increasing operability.

Led Conceptual Design, Feasibility Studies, and Pre-FEED phases for multiple green hydrogen and hydrogen microgrid projects. Engineered FEED documents for NHPC and THDC hydrogen microgrid projects, aligning process scope with tight regulatory and client expectations.

Conducted Feasibility Studies and supported Pre-FEED activities for gas processing, biogas upgrading, and oxygen generation projects. Led commissioning of a 100 LPM PSA oxygen generation plant for a public hospital during the COVID-19 crisis, completing deployment in under 6 weeks.

Supported polymer production operations on a 6.7m Bruckner BOPP line, contributing to improved material efficiency. Developed reports that identified a 5% reduction in raw material waste and improved forecasting accuracy.
