As the sole Design Lead, I focus on scaling a consumer-facing DNA product through strategic design and collaboration. I established key metrics for design impact, developed quarterly OKRs, and crafted a Growth Design Strategy that aligns with company objectives. My role includes managing design talent and implementing a best-in-class experimentation vehicle.

Collaborated with founders to design and validate MVPs while proving revenue models and preparing for scale. I delivered design assets, iterated on customer feedback, and created end-to-end user flows and frameworks to enhance market competitiveness.

Led the user experience of ed-tech products from conception to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams. I facilitated design workshops, drove user research, and contributed to a new design system while identifying growth opportunities for product usability.
