I'm looking for an operations, logistics, or project coordination role where I can manage complex workflows, improve processes, coordinate cross-functional partners, and support accurate, compliant delivery.

At Food For The Poor, I manage 25+ international shipments each month across 10+ countries, coordinating ocean carriers, trucking partners, documentation, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.

I also process approximately 70 invoices quarterly, maintain compliance with international trade and customs requirements, and resolve shipment issues with external logistics partners to prevent delays.

Previously at the University of South Florida, I improved internal forms and workflows, coordinated departmental operations, maintained records and contracts, and supported hiring, onboarding, and communication across faculty and administrative teams.
