At 360 Quantum Solutions, I worked on Salesforce development during a short-term engagement.
I worked on an Agentforce admissions assistant demo covering enquiry qualification, consent handling, and handover to a human counsellor. I also worked with a custom invocable Apex action to validate enquiry details, create Salesforce Leads, and return success or error responses.
On my admissions CRM and website demos, I configured GoHighLevel contact fields, a ten-stage opportunity pipeline, and an enquiry form, and contributed to a Next.js and TypeScript prototype. My project experience also includes Salesforce, JavaScript, React, SOQL, and Salesforce CLI.
