I’m looking to bring my backend experience building reliable, scalable services to a Pleno role.

At Brightfire, I own Go microservices behind customer account and scheduling APIs. I rebuilt the webhook dispatcher on AWS Lambda and API Gateway, cutting the retry backlog from 3.7 hours to 22 minutes during month-end billing runs.

At FieldRoutes, A ServiceTitan Company, I developed RESTful and GraphQL endpoints for scheduling, dispatch, and billing. I split the invoicing module into microservices, reducing billing job failures by 16.3%, and moved the RoutePlan job-sync pipeline to AWS Lambda and DynamoDB, bringing route optimization API p95 latency from 1.9 seconds to 640 milliseconds. I’m focused on reliable, scalable backend services and bringing that experience to a Pleno role.
