I am a Senior Executive in Formulation Development with hands-on experience in sterile operations and vaccine formulation, currently working on lyophilized measles and rubella vaccine development.

I have led formulation development for injectables including liquid hexavalent vaccine and S19 inactivated polio vaccine, performing pre-formulation studies, formulation trials, and stability studies to identify suitable product compositions.

I develop and optimize manufacturing process parameters, supervise scale-up and exhibit batch manufacture, and prepare technical and regulatory documentation such as SOPs, protocols, reports, and batch records.

I apply ICH guidelines, GMP/GLP procedures, and validation protocols, and leverage equipment experience with freeze dryers, homogenizers, LAF/BSC, Karl Fischer, and humidity chambers to troubleshoot and advance product development.
