At Zonguldak Karadeniz Ereğli State Hospital, I provide elective and emergency general surgery, including open and laparoscopic colorectal procedures, hepatobiliary surgery, bariatric surgery, and endoscopic care.
I focus on minimally invasive surgery, inguinal and abdominal wall hernia repair, and diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and colonoscopy. I also manage perioperative optimization, complications, clinical data collection, and study coordination.
I've led and contributed to prospective trials, retrospective cohort studies, and international surgical audits, including SurgWeek-2 and PILO-ACT. My scholarly work includes presentations in colorectal and emergency surgery, peer review for Cureus, and ongoing research in anal fistula, TAPP repair, appendicitis, colonoscopy, and AI-assisted lesion classification.
