I’m looking for a role where I can use Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to automate workflows, improve data-driven reporting, and ensure regulatory-grade compliance—while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a healthcare, pharmaceutical, and information technology professional with 10+ years of experience in the United States, now recently relocated to Addis Ababa and open to opportunities across local and international organizations. I bring deep healthcare operations and regulatory compliance expertise, paired with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

In my recent role as a Jr. Dynamics CRM Developer (Federal Client, Department of Veteran Affairs), I developed Power BI reports and dashboards, designed and automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, and supported Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pages solutions. I also managed SharePoint Online sites and permissions, and collaborated with business users and stakeholders to identify requirements and implement improvements.

Previously, as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer for HCAI, I configured and customized Dynamics 365 CRM security roles and business processes, built Power Pages solutions, and created Power Automate flows to streamline operations.
