Contributed to the architecture of a cloud-native Office Lifecycle Management application centered on event-stream processing. Helped architect and implement the migration of legacy managed file transfer workflows for insurance claim documents to modern cloud-native services.

Developed AWS-based data-service endpoints for customer-facing client applications. Provided technical architecture assessments and recommendations to improve solution scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Designed and implemented an integration that unified PatientPop and Kareo patient-message streams into a consolidated cross-platform view. Led a post-merger engineering team integrating HIPAA-compliant communication services.

Helped deliver and scale a telehealth solution integrated with the appointment system; virtual visits became the preferred channel for approximately 75% of appointments. Designed scalable solutions using React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and GCP services.

Developed the Patient Intake module enabling secure collection of enrollment data in compliance with HIPAA. Created microservices for intake data management and built secure iOS and Android kiosk applications.

Contributed to indoor location services using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth beacons for mobile-device positioning. Developed production iOS and Android applications for major brands including the NFL, YouSendIt, The CW Network, and Turner Classic Movies.

Collaborated on the KBB iPhone application and implemented backend services for wireless vehicle-valuation data. Designed an electronic window-sticker IoT system using E-Ink displays and low-power hardware.
