I've led strategic finance at TransCentury PLC, directing financial operations for a $50m revenue group across African markets and returning the business to profitability in 2023 and 2024.
As Group CFO, I led capital raising, liquidity planning, debt restructuring, Mauritius holding-company optimization, asset disposals, and a subsidiary sale and business-rescue process in South Africa. I also closed a rights issue that generated over USD 4 million in cash and USD 3 million in shareholder-loan conversion.
Before that, I spent eight years as TransCentury's Group Head of Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance, strengthening audit charters, risk assessments, control frameworks, whistleblowing policies, and Board Audit Committee reporting across multiple subsidiaries.
I'm currently supporting PHC in the DRC as a Technical Expert and Financial Auditor, applying IFRS, OHADA, risk-based audit planning, financial analysis, internal controls, and hands-on capability building. My foundation in Big Four audit at KPMG East Africa helps me bring rigorous assurance and practical finance leadership to complex investment and operating environments.
