Trevor Johnson

I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in N.J., with clinical rotation experience across Mental Health, Maternal/newborn, Pediatrics, Adult Medical-Surgical, and End of Life Care. I focus on safe, quality patient care while staying an active learner throughout every shift and assignment.

In the clinic, I’ve supported patient care through practical skills including triage, injections, head-to-toe and focused assessments, oxygen therapy, immunizations, medication cart support (Med-Cart), wound care, and admission/discharge processes. I’ve also handled emergency department responsibilities like triage and treatments, and I’m comfortable floating where needed.

Outside clinical training, I bring a service-first mindset from Cherish Children Worldwide volunteer work, where I fed thousands of children and helped supply schools with food, notebooks, pencils, and other essentials. I’m seeking to integrate with a team, improve the quality of care, and help achieve positive outcomes for my patients.
