Leading an AI agent team maintaining and developing a production key-management application with digital handovers, built with Ruby on Rails and Nuxt. Retains architecture and final approval responsibility, using GitHub Actions CI with Brakeman and JavaScript scanning, plus automated frontend tests and Playwright E2E.

Building MVPs and integrating AI into customer workflows, leading development across backend and Vue/Nuxt frontends. Leading development teams across ClaudeCode, Codex and other model APIs since May 2026, with separate implementation and review roles and explicit approval stages.

Built the medical appointment-booking MVP alone in approximately 8-10 weeks from a short outline, using Rails, Nuxt, PostgreSQL and a PWA frontend. Integrated payment processing and GDT exports to lab and practice systems, developed calendar and booking logic, and connected the onedoc and yuuniq APIs.

Built a closed-beta AI funnel and website builder with Rails and Vuetify, integrating the OpenAI API, in-app model training and voice-to-website features.

Developed a marketplace with Rails, Vue, Nuxt and PWA: incoming jobs are automatically split into trades; providers bid on individual trades or the entire job.

Built the online office-canteen application and payroll integrations with DATEV (LODAS and Lohn und Gehalt), Sage and other providers; used Rails and Docker for a product handling several thousand orders per day. Developed the product through its first two years; the company joined the Techstars/METRO accelerator and later exited.

Built an on-demand care marketplace with Rails, PostgreSQL geospatial search and PayPal/Braintree payments; subsequent developers praised its code structure and configuration. Developed the product within the ProSiebenSat.1 accelerator; the company was acquired by care.com.

Built the shift-planning MVP with HR functions alone in approximately six weeks using Ruby on Rails. Contributed to iOS and Android applications with Meteor.js, REST APIs and push notifications during the later team engagement.

Helped develop an on-demand cleaning marketplace using Rails, MySQL, HTML and CSS.

Built a webshop with point of sale and CSV onboarding using Rails, PostgreSQL and Angular.js; the project entered the YOUISNOW/ImmobilienScout accelerator.

Developed and maintained web projects and provided customer support.

Completed vocational training as a Media Designer for Interactive Media Production from 2008 to 2011.
