What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior operations or corporate services role where I can partner with executives to strengthen governance, risk & compliance, deliver accurate reporting/KPI dashboards, and drive process improvement in a regulated environment—ideally with flexible or remote working.

I’m a business operations leader with 13+ years of experience supporting executive teams and managing corporate services across highly regulated environments, including government, aviation, healthcare, and multi-entity commercial organisations.

In my roles, I’ve owned finance operations and financial reporting, workforce administration and employee lifecycle management, and governance, risk & compliance—building reliable structures, scalable systems, and clear accountability so critical work is delivered accurately and on time.

I partner directly with senior leaders to drive operational performance through operational reporting, KPI dashboards, risk registers, and executive stakeholder management. I also coordinate cross-functional delivery across Finance, HR, Compliance, legal advisors, and government agencies.

I’m especially proud of leading process improvement initiatives and implementing operational systems that increase efficiency, strengthen audit readiness, and improve operational visibility—whether managing complex programs or leading multi-site workforce operations.
