Tiya Agarwal

I’m a Management and Finance graduate with internship experience in financial controlling and accounting operations, where I supported financial reporting, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement. At Siemens Energy India, I helped prepare and analyze process reports and RPTs, and I contributed to standardising internal reporting templates for more consistent management review.

Previously, as an Accounting Intern at Signage World, I maintained and organised financial records, and built structured Excel-based reports and presentations summarising warehouse and supply chain data for management analysis. Alongside this, I’ve developed a research mindset through published empirical work on AI in higher education and community-level financial inclusion initiatives.

My work and projects reflect my preference for precise, practical communication—whether leading a survey-based AI in academia study published in IJRASET, designing field workshops for street vendors’ financial empowerment, or taking initiative across full project lifecycles. I’m also an incoming MSc in Management candidate at Nanyang Technological University (July 2025) and looking to grow through responsibility, collaboration, and measurable impact.
