At Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd. (TSMC), I built Power BI dashboards for HR service analytics and workforce planning. The manager-facing report ranked #1 company-wide in per-user engagement among non-timesheet management reports, and the dashboards cut a three-hour executive report to 1.5 hours.
At ASML Taiwan Ltd., I built Power BI dashboards for project submissions and travel budgets, giving leadership real-time visibility into improvement initiatives. I also created Power Automate workflows that cut manual coordination time by approximately 40%.
In a project on nitrate concentrations, I built a Bayesian hierarchical model in JAGS using 29,695 stream observations across 118 watersheds. My analysis found a 68% higher nitrate concentration per standard deviation increase in agricultural land use.
My other projects have included analyzing geographic disparities in undergraduate recruitment and predicting airline ticket prices from flight records. I’m pursuing an M.S. in Statistics on the Analytics Track at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
