Serves in the endoscopy unit (2 endoscopy OT table, 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio) by preparing patients for UGI/LGI and advanced procedures and supporting gastroenterologists/bronchoscopists. Ensures patient safety during sedation, manages specimens, provides post-procedure recovery care, and performs endoscope reprocessing per SOPs with strict infection prevention.

Worked in post-operative ICU (12 beds, 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio) stabilizing patients and monitoring cardiac rhythm, invasive pressures, ventilation parameters, and urine output. Managed analgesia/sedation, device and surgical site care, infection control, and timely documentation/escalation for emergency response.

Provided ICU post-operative nursing for a ward with 30 beds and a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, including SBAR handovers and ABCDE assessments. Delivered continuous hemodynamic/airway monitoring, medication safety, pain/sedation care, and strict infection prevention (VAP/CLABSI/CAUTI/SSI).
