At 42Markets Group, I’m part of the restructuring from four companies to 16 and operationally set up in five jurisdictions. I manage the Group treasury function and reporting to private equity investors and the board.
I also oversee payroll, costing, tax and budgeting functions, and manage foreign exchange and liquidity exposure. I was part of the due diligence process for raising capital.
At Andile, I was operationally involved in finance and strategically involved in structuring the company. My responsibilities included management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and investor due diligence requirements.
Earlier, at Pure Pharmacy Holdings, I reported on pharmacy divisions and worked on system improvements and cost-saving projects. At Kreston Pretoria, I completed SAIPA articles, compiled financial statements and provided financial management consulting.
