In my recent role, I built an Intelligent Multi-Agent Email Automation System that classifies and generates responses for incoming emails. Using LangGraph for graph-based workflows, I integrated RAG with Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases for context-aware answers and deployed it on AWS with secure authentication, observability, and scalable serverless architecture.

I also designed and deployed a GenAI-based Patient Pre-screening Agent using SMS/Email and Twilio integration, achieving a 42% increase in patient response rates and reducing manual coordinator workload by 60%. Additionally, I built an AI-powered NLP Question Identification System with RAG using FAISS and OpenAI embeddings to detect and eliminate duplicate questions across clinical trial studies.
