Thaneyaa Karunakaran

I am a third-year Bachelor of Arts student majoring in Public Health and Work and Organizations at the University of Toronto, combining academic insight with hands-on retail experience. I have developed strong time management, customer service, and teamwork abilities through roles that required direct customer interaction and operational support.

At Old Navy Yorkdale I supported salesfloor operations, assisted customers with product selection and fitting rooms, promoted the loyalty program, and collaborated with colleagues during peak periods to maintain a smooth shopping experience. My volunteer work at Wellcare Union Medical Pharmacy exposed me to inventory management, blister packaging, and prescription support under pharmacist supervision.

I bring a dependable work ethic, adaptability, and clear communication in both English and Tamil, and I am proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
