Thandeka Mloiswa

I’m a Medical Doctor with training in clinical care and a growing focus on mental health, psychosocial support, and community-based healthcare delivery. At Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital (2021–2024), I conducted patient assessments and examinations, supported diagnosis and patient management, maintained documentation and records, and performed procedures such as phlebotomy and vaccinations.

I also bring a people-centered approach from temporary teaching experience at Ministry of Education – Gweru District Primary School, where I delivered lessons while supporting student wellbeing and applying communication and behaviour management. Through Avencion & Digital Opportunity Trust, I’m a certified facilitator under the Digital Opportunity Trust Youth Leadership Program, with experience in communication, youth engagement, and capacity building. I’m open to remote and onsite opportunities.
