Previously, I supported children, educators, and families as a Child and Youth Program Assistant and teacher/student aide, creating activities, supervising students, and contributing to cognitive and developmental needs. I’ve also handled administrative work including payments, customer calls, inventory, and delivery scheduling at Ashley HomeStore.

I hold an English Literature bachelor’s degree and completed medical billing and coding training covering CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, insurance claims, and medical office processes. My editorial and art tutoring work strengthened my attention to detail, communication, and ability to review work thoughtfully.
