I am a detail-oriented Diploma holder in Information and Communication Technology with hands-on clerical experience in civil registration services. During my industrial attachment I performed data entry, document filing, client support, and routine administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality of records.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and possess strong typing, time management, and organizational skills. I work well in teams and can operate with minimal supervision, delivering accurate and timely administrative support.

I communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili and am motivated to apply my technical and customer-service abilities to improve departmental efficiency and public service delivery.
