At Teva Pharmaceuticals, I provide governance and compliance leadership across North American pharmacovigilance activities, connecting internal teams, partners and vendors. I own lifecycle activities for pharmacovigilance and service provider agreements, including REMS, PSP and PAP arrangements.
I support 35+ audits and inspections, including FDA, Health Canada and EMA engagements, and oversee CAPA and deviation activities involving root cause analysis, remediation and effectiveness follow-up. I also lead procedure management across SOPs, Work Instructions and other controlled documents.
I serve as an SME for systems and workflows including TrackWise, GLOYRA, Kiteworks and PowerApps. As Finance SME for the LSO U.S. office, I manage department expenses, budget reconciliation, vendor payments and invoice oversight.
Earlier at Teva, I processed and evaluated serious and non-serious adverse event reports and supported safety reporting obligations. I also helped establish follow-up operations across postal mail, eFax, email and telephone channels, creating reliable workflows and documentation practices.
