At StableLab, I led end-to-end product design for Forse Insights, scaling it from one protocol to 10+ major protocols and shipping 30+ dashboards that turn on-chain data into decision-ready insights. I joined as the first and sole UI/UX designer and was later promoted to Design Lead.
I built and owned the core design system and data-visualization library, including tokens, components, chart patterns, and interaction rules. This cut the dashboard delivery cycle from about five days to about three.
At MongolID, I led the redesign of Minu, a merchant-facing POS and analytics app used by about 200,000 merchants. I introduced a company-wide design system and designed an SSO platform that helped increase new users across products by 7.5×.
At HiPay, I led the HiPay SuperApp v3 redesign, which scaled monthly active users from 120,000 to 300,000. I also redesigned payment and recharge flows, increasing active payers by 50%, and built and maintained a cross-functional design system.
