What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build UAVs end-to-end—combining CFD/FEA-driven validation, CAD design, rapid prototyping, and flight testing—ideally on defense or unmanned aircraft programs that value iterative engineering and design reviews.

I’m an Aerospace Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in UAV design, aerodynamic analysis, structural simulation, and aerospace prototyping. I work across the full engineering workflow—from conceptual aircraft design and aerodynamic analysis to CAD modeling, structural validation, fabrication, and flight testing.

In my Design Engineering Intern role at Xinfiniti Aerospace Pvt Ltd, I supported defense aerospace engineering projects involving mechanical design, structural analysis, and prototype development. I designed mechanical structures and actuation interfaces for unmanned aircraft conversion systems, generated CAD assemblies in Fusion 360, and validated designs with ANSYS Workbench.

I also strengthen my work through leadership and hands-on prototyping. As a Senior Design & Fabrication Member in AeroBMSCE Aerospace Club, I designed and built UAV and RC aircraft platforms and performed aerodynamic and CFD simulations using XFLR5, XFOIL, and ANSYS Fluent, while iterating through structural simulations and flight testing. In parallel, I’ve founded a freelance 3D printing & prototyping service, and I’ve applied this to projects like QTR VTOL UAV design, tilt rotor mechanism fabrication, airfoil performance analysis, UAV wing optimization, and FPV drone development with flight-controller calibration and PID tuning.

Developed mechanical structures and actuation interfaces for a manned-to-unmanned aircraft conversion program, including Fusion 360 CAD assemblies and engineering drawings with GD&T specifications. Performed structural analysis in ANSYS Workbench and supported design reviews and subsystem integration for aerospace prototypes.
