I’m a Data Analyst who brings a BCA foundation plus 1+ years of HR experience, using people data to inform business strategy. I translate raw datasets into actionable insights, especially where workforce decisions need clarity and speed.

I’m proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, with hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and interactive dashboards. I also bring credibility from certifications via BCG and Deloitte Australia through Forage.

In my HR analytics work, I built self-serve reporting and reduced manual effort by consolidating 6 data sources into a single dashboard. I’ve supported retention strategies by analyzing survey data and identifying turnover risk patterns, while keeping employee data accurate for payroll, attendance, and workforce planning.

My projects reflect my approach: end-to-end pipelines, strong modeling, and clear storytelling. From an HR attrition analytics dashboard (Power BI, DAX, data modeling) to restaurant segmentation with PCA and K-Means and a custom Growth Potential Index, I deliver insights that help teams prioritize actions confidently.
