What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior+ / lead IC design role in a remote-first company. I'm open to just about any industry, but am especially keen to work on tools for climate tech or email marketing. In addition to moving pixels, I'm also interested in mentoring, helping create processes, and establishing a first-class remote culture.

Ted is a product designer, researcher, developer leading teams that turn abstract ideas into usable products. He believes design is about taking the complex and chaotic and making it accessible to people, responsive, and as fast as possible. His goal is to create work that’s cool enough to show his friends and honest enough to show his parents.

I was Canfield's first design hire. I grew to lead all design and front-end projects for Canfield’s websites, web apps, email marketing, and iOS apps. I helped guide project strategy, worked directly with clients, and led product demos and design critiques.
