At Inelcom, on the Telefónica project for CGP Cajamar, I managed and provisioned LAN/WAN infrastructure for bank offices and central services. I configured and supported Cisco, Teldat, Huawei, and Aruba routers and switches, and diagnosed incidents in production.
I also supported IP telephony and voice services, handled tickets through Remedy and BMC ITSM, and coordinated with field technicians on network deployments and changes.
I'm currently an alarm receiving center operator at Premium CRA, monitoring systems, verifying signals, and managing critical incidents. I hold an MBA in Network and Systems Cybersecurity and Big Data in progress, along with Cisco CCST and CCNA certifications and an ISO 27001:2013 Internal Auditor certification.
