At Ecowize, I run end-to-end warehouse operations across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, from receiving and GRV processing through dispatch.
I manage inventory control through cycle counts, variance investigation, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and accurate ERP/WMS transactions. I also coordinate dispatch schedules and maintain audit-ready documentation and traceability.
I lead and coach warehouse teams, set KPIs, and run performance appraisals and daily huddles. I enforce SHEQ practices, including PPE use, safe handling, and dangerous goods transport compliance.
