I’m an Emmy-nominated Producer with over 15 years of experience at The Walt Disney Company, specializing in high-budget animation production, pipeline optimization, and long- and financial planning for divisional ancillary content. I bridge creative vision and technical execution to deliver high-quality episodes and ancillary content.

I manage the full lifecycle of large-scale series—from development through post-production and final delivery—while maintaining impeccable accuracy in fiscal, schedule, and delivery performance. I’m accountable for creating and overseeing the schedule, budget, and staffing plan, including contract negotiations and studio bids.

Leadership is central to how I work: I inspire and motivate high-performing remote and in-studio teams, and I build strong working relationships across departments and teams. I also act as a directorial liaison, partnering with directors and technical teams to ensure creative fidelity across every department.

On the operational side, I develop and maintain complex master schedules that translate organizational objectives into executable roadmaps. I oversee virtual workflow integration and innovation, manage vendor and talent relationships, troubleshoot risk and challenges to safeguard budgets, and support evolving animation/VFX pipelines using tools like Nuke, Maya, Houdini, Blender, and Unreal Engine.
