I build data-driven monitoring and evaluation solutions for education and community development programs in Malawi.

I'm currently producing institutional reports, managing data in Excel, conducting data collection and analysis, and supporting proposal development at Youth Net and Counselling.
Across OSSEDI roles in Nkhata Bay and Nkhotakota, I collected program-outcome data with CommCare, supervised field activities and BEFIT lessons, and trained Zonal and District Implementation Teams for independent delivery.
I've consolidated data from multiple offices into institutional reports and used CommCare, Kobo Toolbox, NVivo, ODK, SPSS, STATA, and DHIS2 to support data collection, management, and analysis.
Grounded in a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology, I bring an inclusive, community-centered approach to education, development, and evidence-based decision-making. I also communicate in English, Chichewa, and Tumbuka.
