What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to leverage my experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and Community Mobilization in work focused on data-driven programming, evidence-based reporting, and community development.

At Evangelical Association of Malawi (EAM), I manage monitoring and evaluation systems for donor-funded projects, including frameworks, indicator tracking, and data collection tools. I deploy surveys with ODK, KoboCollect, and SurveyCTO, then clean and analyze data using SPSS, Excel, and CSPro to prepare reports for management and donors.

Previously, as a Loans Officer at Malawi Enterprise Development Fund (MEDF), I mobilized and registered over 500 clients and formed and managed more than 50 village groups. I also conducted loan appraisals and follow-ups, maintained portfolio records, and supported community dialogue and financial literacy activities.
