A Hermes Agent pipeline with validation gates improved lead-qualification quality by about 22% and turned a backlog of 10,000+ cold prospects into a sales-ready pipeline.
For LegalAid, I architected a multi-agent RAG platform over 20,000+ Supreme Court judgments. It grounded drafts in retrieved judgments and reduced research time from about seven hours to three hours per matter; I also extended it to draft bail and anticipatory bail applications and petitions.
For CID, MP Police, I deployed an investigation-quality and SOP-compliance system fully on-premise with local LLMs, keeping case data within the department's systems. It checks chargesheets against 43 official SOP checkpoints and cut review time from over an hour to about 10 minutes.
I also built a viral-content discovery platform that surfaced 50+ videos per niche and region, and a dispatch-management platform for Gurudev Infratech (MDAMS) that replaced paper registers and remains in active paid use.
