I'm a Software Engineer at HooLiv where I work across AI/ML and full stack development. Over the past year or so, I've built and shipped three major things.

The first is an AI-powered leasing agent — a multi-agent system that handles the entire property sales funnel autonomously. It classifies users, qualifies leads, schedules property visits, and even lets users query live room inventory in plain English. It's built on LangGraph with RAG pipelines and self-healing SQL generation under the hood.

The second is an occupancy forecasting pipeline that predicts property occupancy up to 90 days out. It generates probabilistic forecasts across the entire property portfolio and reconciles predictions at the property, city, and portfolio level. The pipeline runs reliably in production with automated drift detection built in.

The third is mobile and backend work — I maintain two React Native apps used by tenants and internal ops teams, and have added several modules from scratch including food ordering, payment flows, electricity recharge, and service requests. On the backend, I've built REST APIs and designed MongoDB schemas to support all of this.

So in short, I've been involved in everything from training ML models and designing AI agents to shipping mobile features and writing backend APIs — pretty much the full stack.
