Enhancing CI/CD Workflows - Integrating Access Analyzer for AWS IAM Security

Our project revolves around Security + Automation.
⟶ The intent was to elevate security within deployment processes through integrating cfn-policy-validator into a cohesive CI/CD pipeline.
⟶ I focused on automating IAM policy validation tests into the pipeline, ensuring IAM security is inherently part of every deployment

Designed and implemented an event-driven, serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and WebSocket API through AWS API Gateway. Focused on key system design principles to ensure high availability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

During my tenure at Quantiphi, I served as a Business Analyst in the Cloud Security team. I led cross-functional initiatives, enhancing HITRUST compliance from 65% to 90%. I managed cloud security configurations and vulnerability assessments using Prisma Cloud and Tenable. Additionally, I implemented IAM and PAM security policies, optimized cloud infrastructure, and ensured robust risk management

Designed and developed an XGBoost model to predict human life expectancy, utilizing Bayesian hyper-parameter tuning to optimize model accuracy and latency. Successfully achieved an impressive accuracy rate of 97% in the predictive model. Applied predictive analytics techniques, including Monte-Carlo micro-simulations, to derive meaningful insights.

Performed extensive data-centric responsibilities, encompassing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Data Mining, and Visualization. Developed data models to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. Created dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

During Mar 2024 - Apr 2024, I focused on Agile DevSecOps using Elastic Kubernetes Service for container orchestration and ingraining security into the dev-lifecycle with SAST tools like SonarQube, OWASP, and Trivy. I created an automated CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and ArgoCD, with infrastructure provisioning via Terraform. For resilient delivery, ArgoCD was utilized for GitOps-driven deployment.
